Agreement

Your use of the Site is subject to these Conditions of use. Please read them carefully before using the Site. If you use the Site you signify that you agree with these Conditions of Use

We do not sell products

The Site is a travel search engine. Gokuest does not provide, own or control any of the travel services and products that you can access through the Site, such as flights, accommodations or rental cars (the 'products'). The Products are owned, controlled or made available by third parties (the 'vendors') either directly (e.g. airline) or as an agent (e.g. online travel agency). The Vendors are responsible for the Products. The Vendors terms and privacy policies apply to your booking so you must agree to, and understand those terms. Further, the terms of the actual vendor (airline, hotel, etc.) apply to your travel, so you must also agree to and understand those terms. Your interaction with any Vendor accessed through the Site is at your own risk and Gokuest does not take any responsibility should anything go wrong with your booking or during your travel though we try our best to make sure nothing goes wrong

The display on the Site of a Product or Vendor does not in any way imply, suggest, or constitute a recommendation by Gokuest of that Product or Vendor, or any sponsorship or approval of Gokuest by such Vendor, or any affiliation between such Vendor and Gokuest.

Gokuest hosts content, including prices, made available by or obtained from Vendors. Gokuest is in no way responsible for the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of such content. Since Gokuest has no control over the Products and does not verify the content uploaded by the Vendors, it is not possible for us to guarantee the prices displayed on the Site. Prices change constantly and additional charges (e.g. payment fees, services charges, checked-in luggage fees, local taxes and fees) may apply, so you should always check whether the price asked for a booking is the one you expected. Some Products may also be sold in another currency than the one preset or chosen by you for the display of the search results. Our currency conversion is for information purposes only and should not be relied upon as accurate and real time; actual rates may vary and your payment provider (e.g. your credit card company) may charge conversion fees and apply another dates currency rate.

Booking through Gokuest

If you make a booking through the Site, also called faciliated booking, that booking is made with the Vendor named on the booking page and the Site only acts as a user interface. Accordingly Gokuest has no responsibility for the booking or the Product because Gokuest has no involvement in creating the description of the Product, in defining the price and any fees, and in providing the Products that you book. If you have any issues or disputes around your booking and/or the Product, you agree to address and resolve these with the Travel Provider and not with us.

Privacy

You are not required to register or give us any personal information to use this website. You may choose to register with us in order to receive mailings or to store your search preferences. This information will be considered your private information and handled according to this Privacy Policy and will only be used or shared in ways with which you have agreed.

Personal non-commercial use limitation

This Site is free for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not use the Site for commercial purposes without a written agreement from Gokuest.You may copy or print the information as presented on this Site for your private use but for no other purposes

Limitation of Warranty

Gokuest maintains the Site and its contents on as-is basis and as available. Gokuest does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the Site's content. Gokuest is not responsible for any financial loss or loss of any kind that you or others may suffer as a consequence of using the Site. The Site may display data from other websites but Gokuest is not responsible for the content or information received from those websites

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Gokuest reserves the right to change the Conditions of use. Registered users will be notified of any material changes.

Applicable law

Nigerian law governs the terms of use of this agreement as well as any disputes that may arise from the agreement or using the Gokuest website or app. Any legal actions that may arise will be filed in Lagos, Nigeria, and the parties hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts over any suit, action or proceeding arising out of these terms of use.
